Star Citizen developer Cloud Imperium Games hosted a livestream of its latest early access version of the game, and it all went horribly wrong, as PC Gamer reports. Despite being played by the people making the game, hosted on private servers with no network latency, the game suffered from performance issues and bugs, preventing the team from finishing the event.

Apple is working on camera-equipped AirPods that appear to be nearly ready to launch, based on a video MacRumors found in the macOS Tahoe 26.7 release candidate. A man who is blind said smart glasses have been a "game-changer" in helping him to navigate life. He is a volunteer with sight-loss charity, Suffolk Sight, which recently gave him a demonstration of Meta glasses that can read things like restaurant menus and help track walking routes.
